Orange Walnut Toffee

In the heart of Sonoma, Farm Chocolate's Patty Doyle slow-crafts delectable confections with the finest sustainably sourced ingredients she can find, using traditional methods of hand making, hand tempering, and hand dipping. Drawing inspiration from European esthetics, Patty employs artful design to create one-of-a-kind, rustic-luxe treats.

We were honored to meet Patty in 2019 when she reached out to pursue using Dandelion chocolate for her confection line. Since then, we have included her work in several collections, including our 2019 and 2021 Advent Calendars. Patty's confections always impress, and her Orange Walnut Toffee is no exception; it brings to mind chocolate-covered California sunshine. Enrobed in our 70% Camino Verde, Ecuador chocolate, this buttery toffee is strewn with candied California orange peel and toasted California walnuts — and the recipe earned a 2020 Good Food Award.
