Signature Bonbon Flight: 5 pieces

This Trio brings together three of our signature offerings: Single-Origin Truffles, Caramels, and Pralinés. Each textural set showcases the many expressions and nuances of our single-origin chocolate when paired with complementary ingredients:

Five velvety Single-Origin Truffles are identical except for one thing — their cocoa beans. Each origin tastes profoundly different from the next, presenting a full spectrum of flavors in bonbon form. 

Crisp, salty-sweet Single-Origin Pralinés are made with five nutty pâtes — pistachio, hazelnut, black sesame, peanut, and almond — each melded with a complementary single-origin 70% chocolate.

These buttery Single-Origin Caramels are each made with a distinctive sugar: cane, palm, jaggery, Okinawa, and muscovado. The Caramels are encased in our mellow Tumaco, Colombia chocolate.
