Silky Pistachio Praliné Cake - Main image
$61 $100 In stock

Our Silky Pistachio Praliné Cake offers rich toasted pistachios and scents of lemon zest, cinnamon, and cooked sugar. Classic Camino Verde, Ecuador chocolate cake is layered with creamy, ginger-scented chocolate ganache topped with a pistachio-chocolate streusel. The cake’s center layer is generously spread with silky, pistachio-pralin é buttercream: Italian meringue and house-made pistachio praline folded into rich buttercream, for a light but sumptuous frosting. More pistachio-pralin é buttercream finishes the entire cake.

Scarlett P. ★★★★★

The toasted pistachios and lemon zest come through perfectly balanced with the dark chocolate cake. I was surprised by how light the ginger cream layer feels against the rich praliné.

Isabella ★★★★★

That ginger-scented cream between the chocolate layers is unreal, and the lemon zest keeps the whole thing from feeling too heavy. I cut thin slices for a dinner party and everyone went quiet after the first bite.

Aurora ★★★★★

The toasted pistachio flavor really comes through, and the ginger-scented cream between the Camino Verde chocolate layers keeps it from being too sweet. I've ordered this twice now and the texture has been consistent both times.
