Bars, Bonbons, & Butter Toffee Collection

I didn't expect the caramelly notes to come through this clearly across all three, but they really do tie the whole box together. The bonbons have a softer, meltier center than the bars, which made for a nice contrast on a slow Sunday afternoon. Already eyeing my second order.

The butter toffee is the standout here — that deep caramelly finish really does echo the cocoa notes they mention, and it snaps instead of sticking to your teeth. I've been rationing the bars so they last past the weekend.

I went straight for the bonbons and the caramel notes really come through against the darker cocoa. The toffee ones have a nice snap without being tooth-cracking hard. Easily the best box of chocolates I've picked up this year.
