I was surprised how different each truffle tasted just from the bean origin, the Ecuador one had this deep nutty flavor I kept going back to. The texture is incredibly smooth, melts right on your tongue.

The Madagascar one has this bright fruity edge I wasn't expecting, while the Ecuador truffle tastes deeper and almost earthy. Same velvety texture across all five, so the only real difference is the cocoa, which is exactly the point.
