I was worried it would arrive smashed since it's flown in, but it came out of the box looking perfect. The chocolate flavor is deep without being too sweet, and the texture walks that line between cake and truffle just right. Ordering a second batch before the first one's even gone.

The fudgy center is unreal, way denser than any chocolate cake I've had from a regular bakery. You can tell they're flown in fresh because nothing about the texture feels stale or rushed.

I was worried these wouldn't survive the trip, but they showed up perfectly intact and still soft in the middle. The chocolate flavor is deep without being overly sweet, and you can tell it's a small-batch thing. Gone in two days at my house.
